Robert D. W. Landon II is a shareholder
of Dunwody White & Landon, P.A. The Harvard Law School graduate is
board certified by
the Florida
Bar as a wills, trusts and estates lawyer and specializes
in planning, administration and litigation matters involving wills,
estates and trusts. He serves clients in the firm's offices in
Miami, Naples and Palm Beach.
Landon has been named

through peer review. He has the added distinction of being listed in
Best Lawyers every year for all of its years of
publication.
Landon is a Fellow and
was Florida State Chair (1993 - 98) of the

College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He was a
member and Chair of
the Florida
Bar Certification Committee for Wills, Trusts and Estates
and past Chair of the Liaison with Corporate Fiduciaries Committee
of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of
the Florida
Bar. Landon is a past Chair of the Dade County Bar
Probate and Guardianship Committee, past President of the Estate
Planning Council of Greater Miami, and has served as an adjunct
member of the faculty of the
University of
Miami School of Law.
Landon also was
recognized as one of South Florida's Top Lawyers in the South Florida Legal Guide
published by Miami Metro magazine and by Florida Trend
magazine as one of Florida's "Legal Elite." He is a member of the bars
of the states of Florida, New York, and New Jersey and a member of
the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He has lectured
and written about trust and estate topics for ACTEC, the Continuing
Legal Education Committee of
the Florida
Bar, Trusts & Estates magazine and the
University of
Miami Institute on Estate Planning.
Landon served for many
years as a Director of the Conservancy of Southwest Florida and is
currently a member of the Planned Giving Committees of the
Conservancy and the NCH Healthcare Foundation. Landon is currently a
Regional Director of the Harvard University Alumni Association and
President of the Harvard Club of Naples.
Landon is a cum
laude graduate of

College.
