Alfred J. Stashis, Jr. is a shareholder in the firm. Mr.
Stashis is Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and
Estates by the Florida Bar. He earned his J.D. from the Notre Dame
Law School and his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of
Miami. He was conferred an M.B.A., magna cum laude, and a
B.S., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, and an
M.A.T. from the University of Portland.
Mr. Stashis is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is a
member of the Florida Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and
Trust Law and Taxation Sections), the American Bar Association (Real Property,
Probate and Trust Law and Taxation Sections), the Estate Planning
Council of Naples, and the Collier County Bar Association (Trusts
and Estates Section). He served as Chairman of the CCBA Trusts and
Estates Section for 2009-2010.
Mr. Stashis focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning;
estate and trust administration; and federal income, estate, gift
and generation skipping transfer (GST) taxation. He speaks regularly
on these topics to other estate planning professionals.
Mr. Stashis is a director of the Notre Dame Club of Naples.
