Dunwody White & Landon, P.A. is pleased to announce that Naples-based associate Jonathan T. Baker has been board certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates.
Board certification is The Florida Bar’s highest level of evaluation for attorneys in a specialized practice area. To earn board certification, an attorney must demonstrate substantial involvement in the field, receive favorable peer review for competence, professionalism, and ethics, and pass a rigorous examination. Fewer than 7% of Florida attorneys earn board certification.
Baker earned his B.S., with honors, in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University; his J.D., with high honors, from Florida State University; and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.
Baker focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration, with particular emphasis on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. He is a member of The Florida Bar, including its Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and Tax Section, and the Collier County Bar Association.
