Gregory F. Szot
Gregory F. Szot is a Senior Attorney in the Naples office of Dunwody White & Landon, P.A.
He received his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami, his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and he received his B.A. in Religion from the Florida State University, graduating summa cum laude.
Mr. Szot focuses his practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration with an emphasis on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax planning. He assists clients to create estate plans considering numerous factors including asset protection, tax minimization, and planning for incapacity. Mr. Szot also assists executors, trustees and beneficiaries in navigating their rights and duties.
Mr. Szot is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is the Chair of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Collier County Bar Association of which he is a member.
Mr. Szot has prior experience in the legal field of electronic discovery and began his legal career at the public defender’s office in Naples.
Mr. Szot is proud to be a native of Naples.
